Casting Real People is always a challenge, but not impossible with some time, good connections and lots of patience. Now getting them comfortable enough to be themselves on camera really requires a lot of skill from the Director These spots were cast with all real people; real nurses, real doctors & real paramedics for the new Johnson & Johnson Campaign for Nurses. We think they did an amazing job and these are some of the best real people spots we've seen in a while. Huge kudos to the director and to J & J for making an awesome campaign.
